Apostilled Police Clearance Certificate
We are able to assist with the processing of South African Police Clearance Certificates. This service can be provided to anyone in South Africa or living abroad. Foreign nationals living in South Africa can also use our service to obtain a South African Police Clearance.
Police Clearance Certificates are generally required when:
- Applying to Immigrate to another country
- Applying for a foreign passport
- Job applications
- Temporary residency permits
We submit the applications in person to SAPS on a daily basis, we follow up to ensure that the application gets registered on the SAPS system, and collect it upon completion. We will then send you a scanned copy so that you can ensure that all the details are correct before sending you the original via courier.
Processing times:
- 10 – 15 working days
- 15 – 25 working day
- For authentication or apostilled PCC from Foreign Affairs (Dirco) 2 additional working days will be required

Police Clearance Certificate Renewal
If your South African Police Clearance Certificate is less than 6 months old, you can apply to have your current PCC reissued instead of applying for a new one.
Email us with the following details to enquiries@oaktreeimmigration.com:
- Your South African ID Number
OR
- Foreign Passport number used to apply for the first PCC
- Your Full name as displayed on your ID or Passport
- Date the PCC was issued
We will then check with SAPS if you qualify for a renewal
