Our daughter and family emigrated to Australia in February 2018. We wasted no time and visited them from July to October, easily getting the 12 month visa. We were told by last year’s visa company that at over 75 years, I must go for a medical for every visit, which will be restricted to a 12 month visa. Now at 79 years old, the possibility of a 3 to 5 year visa was almost impossible. We are all aware of how strict AUSTRALIA can be when allowing people into their country. This year’s application for a longer visa appeared much more difficult, with the Embassy pulling out all their stops to ensure that we will not cause their country any harm. To cap it all, my passport of FOUR YEARS, was for some strange reason “flagged” by the Embassy as invalid. This is where KEVIN WILLIAMS of OAK TREE IMMIGRATION came to our rescue and worked religiously on the problem. After having lodged our application on Monday 12 August, doing our biometrics on Tuesday 13 Aug and my medical by an Australian Embassy doctor on Wed 14 Aug, we received our THREE YEAR VISA in under TWO WEEKS on FRIDAY 23 August. What a STAR this young man proved to be !! If he can achieve this for an Australian visa, imagine what he can do with your visa application for ANY OTHER COUNTRY IN THE WORLD. Well done KEVIN.
